Assessment Services

Assessments serve as the foundation for life-impacting decisions, and accordingly TechReady will never compromise on the quality of assessments we provide. Our assessors specialise in pairing a client’s needs with the best possible solutions.  In order to achieve this, our specialists work closely with you through a number of stages.

TechReady strives to offer the broadest possible range of assessment services without diminishing the quality of our offerings.  We will examine and determine the abilities of the individuals involved, the desired objectives in connecting individuals with the right technologies, and the guidance and action plan needed to realise those objectives*. 

If our in-house specialists aren’t appropriate for your needs, we contract with organisations optimally suited to answer those needs – as we will never compromise the quality of an assessment. Our contracting with highly specialised service providers allows you the ability to seamlessly integrate the knowledge gathered in an assessment with the action plan detailed by non-biased third party client advocates.

Our most popular assessment services include:

• Full Assessments - These are multi-phase services which undertake the initial ability profiling of the individual and conclude with appropriate recommendations relative to pre-targeted objectives of enablement. 

• Employment Based Assessments are similar to full assessments, but they focus very specifically on the particular, but broad based, demands of employment and strive to coordinate the needed outcomes of the employer with the needs of the individual. 

• Functional Assessments are dedicated to simply identifying the ability levels, strengths, and challenges of a client and profiling their abilities relative to particular tasks. This type of assessment focuses on the basic tasks of a job, and does not include full-spectrum job analysis relative to the ability levels of the client.

• Assistive Technology Assessments are aimed at ensuring ergonomic and enabling technologies are available to everyone.  These services are aimed at individuals challenged with the basics of computer access.
